Something didn’t fit or you didn’t love it as much as you thought? That’s okay!
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item(s) to send back the items for a credit in the form of a Shop Habb e-gift card that is valid for 30 days from the day you receive your Habb credit. You may also return for an exchange if quantities/size/colors are available.
All items must must be in perfect condition, unworn and with original tags attached.
Final sale items (items purchased on sale, flash sale or during a special promotion site sale) are not eligible for exchange or online store credit.
All accessories including shoes, jewelry, sunglasses, handbags, intimates & swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned. This also includes any home good items such as candles. No exceptions.
For returns, send us the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll issue a store credit for the purchase price of the item(s) returned as long as we receive the items within 14 days of receipt.
We are happy to send you a return shipping label upon request. We will deduct the shipping fees from your Habb credit once we receive your return.
Or you can choose to ship the items back yourself.

Step One: Send an email to email@example.com with your order # and reason for return.
Step Two: Include shipping receipt in your shipping box before sealing.
Step Three: Go to any shipping provider and ship your return.
