LOCAL PICK UP
Live in Miami and want to pick up your order? Awesome!
Local customers can pick up their orders for free when choosing "Local Pick Up" at check out.
Orders are typically ready within 2 - 3 unless you order on a Friday or over the weekend. Local pick up orders are available for pick up on Friday's in our showroom.
Orders must be picked up at our showroom: 15715 S. Dixie Hwy, Unit 416, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157.
If you need your order the same day (weekdays only) send us a message via instagram or email and we will do our best to fulfill quickly. Please note we do not have everything in our showroom therefore if we have to go to our warehouse that will require a little time. We appreciate your understanding.
Local pickups must be picked up within 30 business days of the order completion date. After the 30 business days, we will assume you no longer want your order. A refund will not be provided.
LOCAL PICK-UP RETURN POLICY
Our 14 day return policy remains the same for in store pick ups. Your 14 days starts once your item is fulfilled and you are notified that your order is ready. If you pick up after your expiration date then your items cannot be exchanged for a Habb store credit.
