Final sale items (items purchased on sale, flash sale or during a special promotion site sale) are not eligible for exchange or online store credit.
All accessories including shoes, jewelry, sunglasses, handbags, intimates & swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This also includes any home good items such as candles. No exceptions.
Habb is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information shows us that the package has been delivered. Please contact your local UPS/USPS for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking email.
RETURN POLICY ON ONLINE SHIPPED ORDERS
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item(s) to send back the items for a store credit in the form of a Shop Habb e-gift card that is valid for 30 days from the day you receive your Habb credit.You may also return for an exchange if quantities/size/colors are available.
All items must be in perfect condition, unworn and with original tags attached.
RETURN POLICY ON LOCALLY PURCHASED ORDERS
An item may be returned in-showroom within 14 days of the day the order was completed and noted as ready (via email or text) for pickup at the store.
If you choose to have your order shipped after it was already fulfilled for store pickup, we will happily ship for a flat rate of $7.95 once the shipping invoice is paid.
If you are shipping back your order, please keep in mind that it must be returned within 14 days.
